  1. He has a lot to learn. So far we’re not even sure what his best position
is. I love Jack, and I have no doubt whatsoever that he will be great, but
to call him a complete package is premature. You have to take into account
his potential; he is a player who is capable of winning matches on his own,
yet he doesn’t know how to do that yet. By anyone else’s standards he has
nothing to learn, but his standards are high. Only experience will make him
the legend we know he could be.

  2. next season should be interesting after his minor surgery. you his guile,
arteta’s attitude and class, santi’s immense talent and rambo’s new found
tenacity and hopefully another player purely for breaking up the
play(gonlans) and you got a freaking midfield. now we have to look for
additions up front (jovetic? higuain?) and at fullback. (pischiek). and i
wouldn’t mind too much if cesar is available from qpr for free.

  3. The closest player to wilshere’s playing style is isco and he’s nowhere
near as physical as jack is…jack reserves his own category, not bekham,
not iniesta or xavi and certainly not messi. perhaps the only world class
all round midfield player in the world right now.

  4. He doesn’t really have much more to learn. He offers the complete package.
However he isn’t as good as Iniesta and never will be. People are
forgetting Iniesta is the best midfielder in the world and one of the best
players of all time. However Jack Wilshere in his own right is still a very
good player and the best in the Premier League in his position.

  5. hes a box to box midfielder, needs to work on his finishing and hell be
beast, he has all the right attributes to become world class, with the
likes of cazorla and ozil in the team now hell get there, just gotta stay
    fit

  6. I don’t think he has a good enough end product to be the new Iniesta. He
still has far more to learn than most people realise.
